The Data Managers Field Guide

DemandTools, one of the flagship products from Validity has been a staple amongst CRM users for decades due to it's unparalleled set of features and uses. The one problem with this is that it can at times be a bit complicated, especially for new users.

We wanted to address this and create an easy to follow guide to educate both new and current users. I had heard a customer referring to DemandTools as a "Swiss Army Knife" because of all the different modules and features, which immediately stuck out to me and served as the inspiration for this project. Using an old nature guide as an inspiration for the layout and showcasing the DemandTools modules as the different tools on the knife gave this book a really nice mix of technical illustration with a retro design aesthetic.

This resulted in a very unique resource that was very well received and shared all across the DemandTools user community, and has become one of my favorite projects. View the full book here.
